No headline rate,
because it would be wrong.
Payment pricing depends on what you sell, how customers pay and where they are. Here is exactly how ours is built — then tell us what you process and we will quote it.
How it is built
Three rules.
No fourth one in the small print.
Interchange plus a fixed margin
The card networks' cost is passed through at what it actually cost, with our margin stated separately on top. You can see which part of a fee was ours.
Per terminal, per month
Hardware is a monthly line rather than a purchase up front, and it stops when you send the terminal back.
No minimum, no setup fee
A quiet month costs what a quiet month should. There is no monthly floor to clear before the pricing behaves as quoted.
Included
One platform fee.
Not a menu of modules.
There is no tier where reporting is withheld, and no add-on that unlocks the API. If the product does it, your account does it.
- The merchant portal and every user in it
- Online checkout, payment links and the drop-in component
- Recurring billing, retries and dunning
- Multi-currency balances and payouts
- Reporting, statements and data export
- API access and webhooks
- Support from a person, not a queue number
What costs extra
Listed here
rather than discovered later.
These are the only things billed on top of the platform fee. Each one is quoted before you agree to it.
Terminals
Monthly per device. The number depends on which model and how many, so it is quoted rather than listed.
Currency conversion
A margin on the rate, shown before you confirm each conversion and itemised afterwards.
Chargebacks
A fixed fee per case, charged whether or not it is upheld — that is the scheme's cost, passed through.
Same-day settlement
Available where the rails support it, priced per payout. Standard settlement is included.
Tell us what you process
Monthly volume, average transaction, and whether it is mostly in person or online. That is enough for a real number.
Questions
The ones
everybody asks first.
Why are there no rates on this page?
Because a rate that fits a single-terminal café does not fit a merchant processing across three countries, and publishing one number means quoting the wrong one to most people who read it. Tell us what you process and we will put a real number in writing.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in on the platform. Terminals are a rolling monthly line you can stop by returning the hardware.
What does a partner pay?
Partners get a platform rate and set their own merchant pricing on top — the margin is theirs. Those terms are agreed per partner in writing, so they are not published here either.
How quickly can we start?
Opening an account takes a few minutes. Verifying the business is the slow part and the part that only happens once; terminals ship after that.
