For partners and ISOs

Our rails.
Your name on them.

Introduce merchants and earn on what they process, or put the entire platform behind your own brand and domain. Same rails either way — the difference is how much of it is yours.

No volume commitment to join. Commercial terms are agreed in writing before you introduce anyone.

Two ways in

Send us business,
or become the business.

These are genuinely different arrangements, not tiers of one. Pick the one that matches how much you want to own.

Refer

Send us business

Introduce merchants with a referral link and earn on what they process. No platform to run, no support to staff — you make the introduction and we take it from there.

  • A link and a dashboard, nothing to build
  • Commission on what your merchants process
  • Terms agreed in writing before you introduce anyone

White-label

Run it as your own

Your name, your colours and your domain across every screen your merchants see — the portal, the emails, the receipts. You own the relationship and set the pricing.

  • Your brand end to end, including outbound email
  • Your own fee schedule, per merchant
  • Onboarding, limits and reporting scoped to your tenant

What carries your brand

White-label means
your merchants never see us.

The Linea Tech merchant portal home screen, which a white-label partner rebrands as their own
The merchant portal — this is the screen that carries your brand

The interface

Logo, palette, typography and copy on the merchant portal and the marketing pages in front of it. Not a banner across someone else's product.

The domain

Your merchants sign in at your address. Nothing in the URL bar, the certificate or the page source says otherwise.

The email

Receipts, statements and password resets send from your domain once it is verified, with your name on them.

The pricing

You set what each merchant pays. Your margin is the difference between that and your platform rate, and it is yours to move.

What stays with us

The half you would not want to build
and cannot buy quickly.

A partner's job is the relationship and the pricing. Everything below is ours, and it is the part that takes years.

The processing

Acquiring, the card schemes and the settlement mechanics — the parts that take a licence, a bank and years to assemble.

The ledger

Every merchant's balance, fees and payouts as entries against one accounting core, so your reporting is not a reconciliation exercise.

The compliance tooling

Identity and business verification, document collection and review workflow, scoped per tenant so you see your merchants and only yours.

The platform itself

Uptime, security, new features and the terminals. You get the releases; you do not have to build them.

How it starts

No integration to scope
before we talk.

The first conversation is commercial, not technical. What you sell, who you sell it to, and what you want your merchants to pay.

1

Tell us what you sell

Your market, your merchants and whether you want to refer or to run your own tenant.

2

Agree the commercials

Your platform rate and your margin, in writing, before anything is built or introduced.

3

We stand up your tenant

Your brand, your domain and your fee schedule configured, with a sandbox to look at before it is live.

4

Onboard your first merchant

Through your own portal, under your own name, with us behind it.

Questions

Before you ask
us directly.

What does it cost to become a partner?

Nothing to join. You are not buying a licence or a seat — you introduce merchants, or you run your own tenant, and the commercials are agreed in writing before you bring anyone on. There is no minimum volume to stay on the programme.

What is the difference between referring and white-label?

Referring means you make the introduction and earn on what those merchants process; we hold the relationship and handle support. White-label means the platform carries your name, your colours and your domain, you set what your merchants pay, and the relationship is yours. They are different arrangements rather than tiers of one.

What exactly carries my brand under white-label?

The merchant portal, the marketing pages in front of it, the outbound email once your domain is verified, and the receipts and statements your merchants receive. Your merchants sign in at your address — nothing in the URL, the certificate or the page source says otherwise.

Do I set my own pricing?

Yes. You get a platform rate and decide what each of your merchants pays on top of it. The difference is your margin, and you can change it per merchant.

Who handles onboarding and verification?

The platform does, scoped to your tenant — identity and business verification, document collection and the review workflow. You see your merchants and only yours, and an application in progress is something you can look at rather than something you have to email about.

Who supports the merchants?

Under white-label you are the face, and you decide how much of the front line you want to hold. We support you, and we can take escalations behind your name. Under a referral arrangement we support the merchant directly.

What am I not responsible for?

The processing, the card scheme relationships, the settlement mechanics, the ledger and the platform itself — uptime, security, releases and the terminals. Those are the parts that take a licence, a bank and years to assemble, and they stay with us.

How long does it take to launch?

The first conversation is commercial, not technical — what you sell, to whom, and what you want your merchants to pay. Once terms are agreed we configure your tenant with your brand, domain and fee schedule, and you get a sandbox to review before anything goes live.

Bring us your merchants,
or bring us your brand.
